Over the past ten years, Dassault has invested in eco-friendly viticulture. The estate is committed to an Environmental Management System (EMS) and a CSR policy, as well and has also obtained HEV3, ISO 1400 and Bee Friendly certification. Vineyard operations follow the main agro-environmental principles, from preserving the soils to promoting biodiversity and optimising resources.
