Château Siran

Margaux

S.C. CHÂTEAU SIRAN

Located on a siliceous gravel plateau shared with three other great growths, the terroir of Château Siran consists of a single block of vines producing delicious wines which reflect the Miailhe family’s passion for this estate since 1859.

A STORY

In a few words

The wines boast remarkable elegance, finesse and complexity, epitomising the excellence of the terroir. Praised for their outstanding ageing potential, they are on par with the finest Margaux wines.

The vineyard benefits from a flourishing 88-hectare ecosystem consisting of forests, parkland, ponds, orchards and prairies, with care taken to preserve biodiversity. Aware of its environmental impact, the team at Siran have been committed to a sustainable viticulture policy since 2000 and have practised organic agriculture in several plots since 2018.

Reviving the family tradition, each label addresses a different theme: “Ode à la vie” in 2020, “Vue de Mars” in 2021 and “Hommage à la Reine Elisabeth II” in 2022.
