A STORY

In a few words

Combining power, elegance, softness and tannins, Château Lascombes produces wines for laying down, with great complexity. The wine produced at the estate was classified as a Second Grand Cru among fifteen others in the official classification of 1855. The estate’s vineyards, covering around 100 hectares, are made up of some of the most sought-after plots in Margaux, with a unique blend of soil types for this appellation.

The Lawrence family, owners of the iconic Heitz Cellar in Napa Valley, and Carlton McCoy, Associate Director and Master Sommelier, have owned Château Lascombes since 2022.
