Château Dauzac

Margaux

Château Dauzac, excellence and innovation in heritage.

A STORY

In a few words

Château Dauzac is a Margaux great growth in the 1855 classification, owned by the Roulleau family and managed by Laurent Fortin since 2013. The estate spans 120 hectares, 49 hectares of which consist of vines ideally located in a single block, close to the Gironde Estuary and surrounded by forests and meadows.

A pioneer of technological and agricultural progress, with a never-ending quest for many innovative practices and several inventions (bouillie bordelaise, temperaturecontrol, oak vats with two transparent staves, R’Pulse, etc.), Château Dauzac continues to experiment.

The wines are a true reflection of their terroir: Château Dauzac is the perfect example of a wine with excellent ageing potential, while the plot-by-plot selection used to produce Aurore de Dauzac and Labastide Dauzac results in an instantly pleasurable wine.
