Rooted in the freshness of the underground quarries, with their leaves exposed to the wind and sun, the vines flourish in a play of light and shade, which bestow it with a unique signature. A voluptuous fruitiness is underpinned by mineral tension.
Château Canon has belonged to the Chanel group since 1996.
The Property is certified in organic viticulture since the 2024 Vintage.
