Château Canon

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

CHANEL

Built on the slopes of the Saint-Emilion plateau, Château Canon is an imposing estate. Its tower faces the village bell tower, which can be reached on foot between two low, honey-coloured stone walls.

A STORY

In a few words

Here, earth and man intertwine, with a shared, intimate understanding of one another. The vineyards of Château Canon are planted on an outstanding, homogeneous terroir atop the famous Saint-Emilion limestone plateau. Rooted in the freshness of the underground quarries, with their leaves exposed to the wind and sun, the vines flourish in a play of light and shade, which bestow it with a unique signature. A voluptuous fruitiness is underpinned by mineral tension.

Château Canon has belonged to the Chanel group since 1996. Currently under conversion to organic viticulture, the first vintage will be certified in 2024.
