Since acquiring the estate in 1997, the Bonnie family has worked hard to enhance its wines, steered by an eco-friendly philosophy promoting limited human intervention that respects biodiversity, light horsedrawn ploughing, and cover crops maintained by grazing animals. In the cellar, gravity flow, gentle extraction and precise methods are used to express the excellence of the terroir. One of the jewels of the Bordeaux region, Malartic wines are intense, wellbalanced and elegant with a “high-end” signature.
