Château Petit-Village

Pomerol

Famille MOULIN

Château Petit-Village benefits from a privileged geographical location, surrounded by the greatest Pomerol estates. It boasts 10.5 hectares of vines in a single enclosed triangular block delimited by three roads, which has remained unchanged since its creation in 1780. Its clay-gravel terroir is located on the highest point of the oldest terrace in the appellation.

A STORY

In a few words

The Moulin family, who were already the owners of Château Beauregard in the prestigious Pomerol appellation, purchased Château Petit-Village in early 2020.

The Moulin family’s clear objective is to showcase Château Petit-Village as an iconic estate, which epitomises outstanding French craftsmanship and expertise and is on par with its high-profile neighbours.

Petit-Village’s new image reveals a strong identity linked to its historical vineyard and prestigious past. The 2020 vintage already signals this renewal with a complex and incredibly pure bouquet, wonderful concentration, power and “calm strength” characteristic of fine wines from clay terroirs.
