  • Red : Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. Ageing in barrels 40% new lasts for for 18 months. White : maceration, then fermentation in oak barrels (40% new) with stirring during 12 months.

Description

A XVIIth Century old wine estate, Château Bouscaut is situated 20 mn south of Bordeaux. This beautiful mension is surronded by century old oak trees and faces its vineyard due south. Various wine tasting workshops are offered to the visitor and a shop is open all year long.
